Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital and social marketing experience in large consumer-facing businesses with healthcare exposure.
• Proven success as a digital leader implementing change across marketing, customer experience, culture and leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale digital projects such as site redesigns, CRM deployments, and digital personalization.
• Health care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads a comprehensive digital experience strategy, budget, and team structure aligned with brand and system priorities.
• Creates a roadmap for digital experience across platforms to deliver measurable ROI.
• Lead execution of a roadmap for digital platforms and marketing technology for scalability and innovation.
• Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
• Safeguard patient data and maintain HIPAA-compliant cybersecurity standards in collaboration with IT and Compliance.
