Job summary

Deciphera Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to connect marketing strategy with execution and day-to-day operations. This role oversees the PMRC, congress planning, print/fulfillment, and contract management while coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Compliance teams.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in Marketing Operations or project management within pharma, strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency to drive critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Marketing Operations and project management.
• Experience with Pharmaceutical Promotional/Marketing Services and related disciplines.
• Proficiency with Veeva Promomats or similar system; learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PMRC meetings, agendas, and recaps.
• Administer PMRC system and process.
• Coordinate submission workflows with project owners/agencies.
• Improve processes to maximize efficiency and output.
• Provide training/onboarding for stakeholders and agencies.
• Execute congress strategy with Marketing, Medical, Sales and Market Access.
• Negotiate contracts for booth exhibits and sponsorships.
• Develop and maintain national, regional, and local congress exhibits.
