Job summary

Xenon Pharmaceuticals in Needham, MA is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director, Marketing Operations & Commercial Review to lead the CRC/MLR process and enable scalable, compliant, and high-quality delivery of programs and tactics. This role reports to the Vice President, Commercial Operations and is based out of the Boston area in our Needham office with hybrid work requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–10+ years of experience in marketing operations within pharma/biotech or agency environments.
• Demonstrated experience with MLR/CRC processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRC/MLR governance and operationalization across marketing activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners including Regulatory, Legal, Medical, Compliance, and IT.
• Manage vendor/agency relationships, budgets, and SLAs for CRC operations and materials fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor process performance and throughput.
