Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Marketing & Operations Manager in Foster City, CA. The role blends marketing leadership with on-site operations, including live events, media capture, and content publication.

The successful candidate will drive multi-channel campaigns, manage WordPress content, and partner with leadership to grow attendance of premium dental courses. You will work five days on-site, with no remote option, and report to the Executive President.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven marketing experience with stable tenure and results.
• Multi-channel marketing experience beyond social media with ability to develop original strategy.
• Proficiency with WordPress and SEO; comfortable with updates.
• Interest in operations as well as marketing; premium, quality-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Executive President on marketing strategy and create campaigns that convert.
• Manage multi-channel marketing across social media, email, website, and newsletters to fill course seats.
• Shape messaging for various dental specialties and career stages, promoting the premium course experience.
• Build and send email campaigns, update collateral, and oversee online reputation with SEO focus.
• Edit website content in WordPress and coordinate with external marketing partners for site functionality.
• Grow new customer base to diversify beyond returning attendees and support West Coast expansion.
• Work on-site at live courses, photograph/film sessions, interview attendees, publish feedback.
• Handle operational tasks alongside marketing and maintain IT/AV equipment.
