Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting seeks a hands-on Dental Marketing Manager to lead local marketing initiatives across two dental practices in California. You will drive new patient acquisition, referrals, and patient reactivation while building partnerships with local businesses and schools to increase patient volume and revenue.

The role requires 3–5+ years of dental marketing experience, strong knowledge of patient engagement, and comfort managing campaigns independently.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of direct dental marketing experience required.
• Experience with multi-location dental practices or DSOs strongly preferred.
• Proven success generating new patients through local marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Strong understanding of dental services, patient engagement, and promotional strategies.
• Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable independently managing marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with Open Dental, Practice by Numbers, or Smile Data is a plus.
