Qualifications

• Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management or a related field
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
• Must be commutable to our West Trenton, New Jersey office
• Experience with project management tools is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with project intake, scheduling, and workflow management within Workfront
• Support coordination and tracking of marketing projects from initiation through completion
• Help document and improve marketing processes and operational workflows
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and other business partners to support marketing initiatives
• Generate and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and operational documentation
• Assist with project prioritization activities
• Participate in team meetings and support project communications among stakeholders
• Provide recommendations on process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Support implementation and adoption of marketing technology tools and best practices
• Assist with special projects and marketing department initiatives as needed

This position will work closely with Marketing, IT, Program Management, agency partners, and vendors to support marketing operations initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on experience with creative project management, workflow coordination, marketing technology platforms, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while helping the team deliver marketing projects efficiently and effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with project management tools (Workfront, SharePoint) is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or reporting tools is a plus
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
• Must be commutable to our West Trenton, New Jersey office
