New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance (NJM) is hiring an Insurance Product Management Analyst, Intern in the Product Management department. The role supports data-driven decision making by analyzing key performance metrics and communicating results to leadership.

You will engage with multiple management levels and participate in strategic projects across states. Based in West Trenton, NJ, you will develop dashboards, produce regular KPI reports, and collaborate to drive profitable growth while

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, Economics, IT, or related field.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Familiarity in data science tools and available systems (SQL, SAS, PowerBi or similar, Office suite) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to drive strategic direction and take initiative.
• Effective communicator (verbal and written).

Overview NJM is hiring an Insurance Product Management Analyst, Intern (the official NJM Title is Business Insights Analyst, Intern) in the Product Management department. This role will work with various levels of management to support the development of a data- driven culture by empowering users through the use of data and analytics to drive business decisions by continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to ensure targets and goals are being met. The candidate will participate in a range of analytical and data analysis activities which will enhance departmental understanding of profit, growth, retention, and operational results of assigned states, leading to sustained long term profitable growth and maintaining the highest levels of service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current Sophomores and Juniors who will be rising Juniors or Seniors for the summer of 2027
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, Economics, IT, or related field.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher
• Familiarity in data science tools and available systems (SQL, SAS, PowerBi or similar, Office suite) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of intellectual curiosity
• Ability to drive strategic direction and take initiative
• Effective communicator (verbal and written)
• Demonstrated innovative thinking

• The desire to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be commutable to our West Trenton, New Jersey office

Compensation

The Insurance Product Management Analyst, Intern position can pay $21-$25 hour. Starting Rate: $21
