Job summary

Batesville is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day fulfillment, production requests, and marketing materials for sales, customers, and internal stakeholders. You will coordinate files for print, arrange shipping, and maintain inventory while aligning with Brand & Communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, coordination, fulfillment, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for editing marketing materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing operations, fulfillment, and production requests.
• Receive and process orders from marketing, sales, customers, and other areas.
• Coordinate printing and external ordering, ensure accurate packing and shipment.
• Prepare files for print, coordinate revisions, ensure branded asset accuracy.
• Manage shipping with logistics providers and maintain inventory of materials.
• Maintain templates, digital assets, and print-ready files for consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, fulfillment, and print production efficiency.
