Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced events professional to lead the corporate events strategy and manage end-to-end execution. You will collaborate with marketing leadership to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and speaking engagements for company spokespeople.

Expect hands-on coordination of logistics, vendors, and on-site operations across events. The role requires 4-6+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree (certified meeting planner preferred), and the ability to manage

• Partner with marketing leadership to develop events strategy.
• Research events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
• Propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople.
• Oversee event logistics, exhibit planning and space needs.
• Manage vendors and event contractors; onsite coordination.
• Maintain exhibit materials inventory and ship to events.
