CLEAResult is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support corporate events strategy and execution from a remote location in the United States. The role collaborates with marketing leadership to optimize event impact and drive lead generation through engaging sponsorships and speaking engagements.

You will coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and support exhibit planning while ensuring on-site coordination for successful events and strong brand alignment with our marketing goals.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified meeting planner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing leadership team to develop the corporate events strategy.
• Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Research, propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople.
• Collaborate with our creative team on event messaging and communications development.
• Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and meeting space needs.
• Manage vendors and event contractors; provide onsite coordination of corporate events.

Education
