Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an events professional to help shape the corporate events strategy in collaboration with the marketing leadership team. You will research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation, while coordinating messaging with our creative team.

Responsibilities include overseeing event logistics, vendor management, onsite coordination, maintaining exhibit materials and budgets, and leading pre-event planning with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; meeting planner certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the corporate events strategy with marketing leadership.
• Research events and sponsorships to boost brand awareness and leads.
• Manage event logistics, exhibit planning, and space needs.
• Coordinate vendors and onsite event execution; manage budgets.
