Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Corporate Events professional in the United States (Virginia) to lead event strategy and execution. The role partners with marketing leadership to drive brand awareness through sponsorships, speaking engagements, and compelling event messaging.

You will oversee logistics, vendor relationships, and onsite coordination, while managing budgets and inventory. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Certified meeting planner preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing leadership to develop the corporate events strategy.
• Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople.
• Collaborate with our creative team on event messaging and communications development.
• Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and space needs; manage vendors and contractors.
• Provide onsite coordination of corporate events and maintain inventory of exhibit materials.
• Manage event budgets, prepare event plans and debrief on performance.
• Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, business development and operations teams.

Job Description

Compensation Range

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00
