CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Corporate Events Manager to lead strategy with our marketing leadership. You will research and select events and sponsorships that raise brand visibility and generate leads, coordinate speaking engagements, and work with our creative team on messaging.

This role oversees logistics, vendor management, budgets, inventory, and onsite coordination for CLEAResult events, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified meeting planner preferred.
• 4–6+ years relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with marketing leadership to develop corporate events strategy.
• Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
• Manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople.
• Collaborate with our creative team on event messaging and communications.
• Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit space needs, and venue setup.
• Manage vendors and event contractors; provide onsite coordination.
• Maintain inventory of exhibit materials and ship to events.
• Prepare event plans and debrief on event performance.
• Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, BD and operations teams.
