Job summary

CLEAResult in Florida is seeking an experienced Corporate Events Manager to partner with marketing leadership to develop the events strategy, research opportunities, and drive lead generation.

You will oversee logistics, manage vendors, budgets, and on-site coordination for conferences and sponsorships, while coordinating with creative teams and ensuring post-event analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent).
• Certified meeting planner preferred is a plus.
• 4–6+ years of relevant experience in corporate events.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate events strategy with marketing leadership.
• Research events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
• Oversee event logistics, exhibit planning, and space needs; manage vendors.
• Provide onsite coordination and post-event debriefs with teams.
• Maintain event calendar and budget tracking.

Job Description

4-6+ years relevant experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Certified meeting planner preferred Partner with marketing leadership team to develop the corporate events strategy Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation; Research, propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople Collaborate with our creative team on event messaging and communications development; Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and meeting space needs; Manage vendors and event contractors; Provide onsite coordination of corporate events; Maintain inventory of exhibit materials and ship to events; Maintain event calendar and manage event budgets; Prepare event plans and debrief on event performance; Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, business development and operations teams;

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00
