  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in maintaining assets, calendars, and documentation.
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced luxury or consumer brand environment; prior experience in fashion, jewelry, or luxury goods is a plus.
  • Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project management software). Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.

Role Description The Marketing Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY.
