Job summary

TenGun in Redmond, WA is seeking a Business & Operations Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational support for the marketing organization. You will track budgets, manage spend, and partner with procurement while coordinating vendor administration and invoicing.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, strong communicators, and able to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment, with experience in budget tracking and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in administrative support, business operations, or customer service in marketing, finance or procurement.
• Experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets for marketing teams, events, travel, etc.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience managing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, spend tracking, and vendor administration.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of financial and operational information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for day-to-day marketing budget administration.
• Maintain budget tracking tools, spending reports, forecasts, and documentation.
• Monitor budget utilization and support monthly and quarterly budget reviews.
• Partner with marketing leadership, finance, and business operations for accuracy and reporting.
• Manage procurement activities including statements of work, PO creation, invoices.
• Oversee marketing vendors, contractors, contracts, renewals, and payments.
• Support onboarding, travel coordination, and workforce administration.
• Coordinate team events, workshops, and leadership meetings.
