Prometheus Real Estate Group is seeking a highly organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to keep our marketing engine running smoothly across our portfolio in San Mateo. You will support marketing operations, digital asset management, content workflows, property listings, and cross-functional project coordination while serving as a trusted operational partner to the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; experience in marketing operations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Bynder/PAL, Box, Planview, and listing platforms.
• Team-oriented, communicative, entrepreneurial, and self-starter culture.

Responsibilities

• Administrative & Workflow – Coordinate day-to-day marketing workflows, including FreshService ticket monitoring, project tracking, invoicing, vendor setup, and internal communications.
• Platform & Systems Management – Maintain marketing platforms and digital assets by managing Bynder (PAL), Box, Planview, property listing audits, and updates to listing channels.
• Photography & Content Support – Plan pre-shoot activities, credentialing, property access, photo rollouts, and content distribution.
• Commercial & Acquisitions Support - Provide tactical support for commercial, acquisition, and portfolio marketing needs with accuracy and timeliness.
