Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage B2B marketing initiatives across internal and external platforms, including product information, sales tools, dealer resources, marketing assets, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate sourcing, merchandising, promotional activities, production, warehousing, fulfillment, schedules, communications, and supporting materials across multiple teams.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Dealer Marketing Suite, Warranty Programs, and Dealer Business Suite, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve adoption, platform functionality, and dealer engagement.
  • Track and analyze program performance, platform utilization, merchandise inventory, budgets, vendor spend, and customer/dealer engagement.
  • Develop reports and translate marketing and operational data into actionable insights, recommendations, and program improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, dealers, vendors, and other internal stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive and market research and identify opportunities to improve marketing programs and customer engagement tools.
  • Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, communications, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, sales representatives, dealers, customers, and external vendors.
  • Support optimization of merchandising, production, fulfillment, and vendor processes to improve efficiency and program delivery.
  • Proactively gather feedback and information from Sales and dealer teams and identify opportunities for process and program improvements.Manage multiple priorities and high-volume requests while maintaining strong organizational and operational discipline.

This is not a traditional marketing role. The position sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, project management, merchandising, inventory, analytics, and business strategy. The candidate will also be responsible for managing large volumes and high-value merchandise and inventory, requiring strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and follow-through.

  • Experience with marketing platforms, customer portals, or business tools.
  • Automotive, manufacturing, retail, or related industry experience.
  • Experience using data to identify trends and recommend business improvements.

This is an on-site position requiring 5 days per week in the office. Hybrid work may occasionally be permitted with direct manager approval.

Some travel may be required, generally no more than 5% annually.
