Embodied Marketing is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager - Marketing to oversee onboarding, coordination, and launch of client marketing funnels and paid campaigns for Scale clients. You will convert client strategy into actionable Asana plans, coordinate funnel components, and manage cross‑functional teammates, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or marketing coordination.
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, online offers, and paid advertising systems.
• Ability to see how all pieces of a funnel fit together from strategy to execution.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate and delegate tasks to multiple team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to move projects forward independently.
• Experience with project management software (Asana preferred).
• A passion for organization, systems, and improving operational efficiency.
• Ability to maintain urgency and move projects forward quickly without sacrificing quality.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and oversee new clients to ensure a seamless experience.
• Translate approved client strategy into clear project plans and tasks in Asana.
• Create and manage onboarding and build tasks for team direction and deadlines.
• Coordinate all moving parts required to build and launch a client’s funnel and ads.
• Maintain organization across multiple clients and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and launch processes.
