Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage seeks a Product Marketing Manager to translate complex mortgage products into clear, compliant messaging for loan officers, borrowers, and referral partners. You will lead product marketing, education, and sales enablement across digital, social, video and live channels, serving as an on‑camera spokesperson.

The role drives product launches, supports adoption, builds content and tools, collaborates with compliance, training and marketing, and helps grow CCM's market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in product marketing, mortgage lending, financial services or related field.
• Experience presenting scripted/un scripted content for digital, social, webinar or live audiences.
• Experience creating short-form video and digital content.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear positioning, messaging and value propositions for CCM mortgage products, programs and enhancements.
• Translate complex product guidelines into simple, practical language for loan officers, borrowers and partners.
• Lead on-camera product expert for videos, webinars, launches and live presentations.
• Create platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Training, Compliance and Marketing on communications.
• Develop presentation materials, talking points, FAQs, emails and sales tools.
