J & J Staffing Resources is seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to support the preparation, organization, and updating of marketing materials for a construction-related business. The role emphasizes initiative, organization, and a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining files, and coordinating marketing materials for business development, with strong emphasis on accuracy and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, marketing support, or a related administrative role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written communication, formatting, and document preparation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage assignments with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a busy work environment.
• Experience preparing proposals, presentations, or other professional marketing materials preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience with project management software, including Monograph, is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, organize, and update marketing materials and company presentations.
• Review existing marketing files and refresh materials to maintain a current, professional appearance.
• Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and other marketing documents.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain organized marketing files, documents, and digital records.
• Support the development and coordination of marketing materials for business development efforts.
• Ensure all materials are accurate, consistent, and professionally presented.
• Assist with general administrative duties and office projects as needed.
• Manage multiple assignments and adjust priorities based on business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve the organization and presentation of marketing materials.
