Job Summary
The Marketing and Outreach Coordinator will provide marketing, communications and outreach oversight and support to the Business Development department.
Essential Job Functions
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily management of Outreach leads, ensuring timely follow-up and assignment to appropriate Outreach team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and opportunities within the (Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) .
- Develop and monitor lead pipeline metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership teams.
- Assist with the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive IIH and PACE by IIH brand awareness in our designated service areas.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Outreach team to ensure marketing campaigns align with organizational goals.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generating reports and provide actionable insights
- Support Marketing in maintaining the monthly marketing calendar
- Support the implementation of new company CRM system
- Oversee the company CRM, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and reporting accuracy.
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage and best practices.
- Develop and maintain CRM workflows to optimize lead nurturing and effective Outreach processes.
- Assist in managing social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital campaigns that align with company goals and marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to enhance strategy.
- Support internal marketing initiatives, including IIH Intranet posts, company newsletters, employee engagement campaigns, and internal announcements.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and distribute internal communications materials.
- Assist with content development for presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, in-services, projects, and committees as assigned.
- Adhere to and support the center’s practices, procedures, and policies including assigned break times and attendance.
- Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner; and perform all other related duties as assigned.
- Be flexible in schedule of hours worked.
- May be required to use personal vehicle, if applicable. If using a personal vehicle, a valid California Driver’s License, current proof of insurance, and registration is required.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to synthesize data and provide data-driven insights
- Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing
- Content creation and video marketing experience preferred
- Familiarity in social media platforms and tools for content creation and performance tracking is a plus
- Experience with Photoshop, Canva or other graphic design experience
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design
- Experience marketing in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations (e.g., HIPAA compliance)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to change priorities to meet evolving goals
- Ability to quickly learn department policies, procedures, goals, and services.
- Proficient knowledge of computer skills. MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, or Korean) preferred, but not required.

- Ability to communicate verbally with an excellent comprehension of the English language
- Ability to access all areas of the center throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally, 15 pounds frequently, and 7 pounds constantly; required to obtain assistance from another qualified employee when attempting to lift or transfer objects over 25 pounds.
- Requires constant hand grasp and finger dexterity; frequent sitting, standing, walking and repetitive leg and arm movements, occasional bending, reaching forward and overhead; squatting and kneeling.
- Work is generally performed in an indoor, well-lighted, well-ventilated, heated, and air-conditioned environment.
- Occasional travel between our three sites may be required. (Less than 20% of time)
- Must have valid CA Driver’s License.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales lead or outreach coordination, marketing, or similar roles preferred.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Is medically cleared for communicable diseases and has all immunizations up-to-dateup to date before engaging in direct participant contact.
Education and Certification
- Associate’s degree required in business, marketing, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
