Job: Marketing Content Manager

Duration: 3-Month Contract (can become full-time if good fit)

Hours: 30/week

Compensation: $30-40/hour based on your experience.

Location: Remote with a preference for someone in Southern California or NYC areas.

About The Role

We’re looking for an immediate hire. Hands-on, experienced Marketing Content Manager for a 3-month contract to help bring our brand to life across content and social. You’ll be responsible for developing, producing, and managing high-quality content across platforms — from UGC and photoshoots to educational storytelling and daily social media. This is a full-time role for someone who can take initiative, own the process, and guide execution without needing to be taught.

What You’ll Do

• Develop creative concepts and storylines for photo, video, and UGC
• Build and manage content calendars for daily social media posts
• Lead or coordinate content production (photoshoots, UGC sourcing, etc.)
• Write and edit clear, on-brand copy across all platforms
• Create educational and product-focused content that aligns with our voice
• Help shape our brand presence and visual identity
• Collaborate directly with the founder to prioritize goals and key messages

Who You Are

• 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in skincare or DTC
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end content creation
• Comfortable directing or coordinating shoots and working with creators
• Strong writing chops — confident in both brand voice and education
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends + strategy
• Self-directed, resourceful, and knows how to make things happen
• Bonus if you’ve worked with small brands or early-stage startups
