Job Description

Responsible for the strategic planning of marketing efforts for the Service & Repair department. Develops and executes marketing plans to promote the Guardian brand and portfolio of offerings. Supports the sales team in identifying opportunities and driving customer success. Creates processes that improve efficiency and/or drive revenue growth for Service & Repair. Analyzes Service & Repair sales data to assess current performance and identify growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develops and implements marketing strategies tailored to the needs of hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
  2. Strengthens the Richard Wolf and Guardian brands with healthcare decision-makers through thoughtful and compliant messaging and content.
  3. Plans and executes marketing campaigns, including email, website content, social media, and print.
  4. Creates marketing collateral such as sell sheets and brochures that emphasize customer benefits and support the sales team.
  5. Ensures all marketing materials and messaging comply with Richard Wolf brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  6. Coordinates Guardian's presence at regional healthcare events.
  7. Collaborates with internal departments on product launches and company-wide initiatives. Advocates service and repair with internal audiences and communicates customer value.
  8. Provides reports on service results using SAP, Cobblestone, and Excel.
  9. Creates and approves customer quotes; works with field staff on required actions and ensures completion.
  10. Manages the Cobblestone Contract Lifecycle Management system.
  11. Assists in training the Guardian Services team and field representatives regarding Service & Repair.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Travels approximately 30% within the United States to meet customers and attend company meetings and sponsored events.
  2. Stays updated with current trends in the sterile processing profession.
  3. Complies with RWMIC Quality Manual and regulations applicable to this role.
  4. Completes all planned Quality & Compliance training within deadlines.
  5. Performs other duties as assigned by the Service & Repair Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or clinical services.
  3. Background in healthcare services, endoscopy, or minimally invasive surgery.
  4. Experience collaborating with clinical teams, technicians, or medical professionals.
  5. Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
  6. Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and influence teams without formal authority.
  7. Understanding of endoscope maintenance, inspection, care, and handling.
  8. Mechanical aptitude to understand repair processes.
  9. Sterile Processing Certification (or willingness to obtain), such as CRCST, CCSVP, or similar.
  10. Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines, Stark Law).
  11. Demonstrated success as a B2B healthcare marketer.
  12. Ability to obtain and maintain healthcare vendor credentials (e.g., Secure, Symplr, GHX, Green Security).
  13. Advanced PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office, pivot tables, graphs, Vlookup, and advanced Excel functions.
  14. Strong analytical skills.
  15. Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
  16. Physical demands include lifting/carrying 30 pounds, bending, standing, sitting, walking, and pushing/pulling 40 pounds.
  17. Work environment may involve exposure to infectious diseases, lasers, and chemicals.
