Job description

Job Summary


Togetherwork provides Software-as-a-Service solutions to a variety of communities and businesses. We are looking for an amazing, data-driven marketer in the B2B SaaS space. You will be responsible for attracting site traffic through content marketing and thought leadership, converting that traffic into qualified leads, and optimizing those leads to close into customers through email marketing. You will lead our Petcare vertical solution's content marketing strategy and manage our email marketing campaigns.



Responsibilities





  • Grow marketing-qualified leads and increase brand perception by converting organic traffic.




  • Design and implement content marketing strategy and content calendar to align with business goals.




  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, blog content, etc.).




  • Collaborate with other teams, including support, sales, and product, to create content.




  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.




  • Research and write thought leadership content.




  • Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing.




  • Write engaging emails tailored to the contact's stage in the buyer's journey.




  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations for optimization.




  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.




  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.




  • Assist in strategy calls to discuss lead generation performance versus forecast and identify strategies to achieve goals.




  • Work alongside all departments, including sales and product, to meet and exceed KPIs by creating exciting new marketing opportunities.




  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting to the management team and actively monitor the contribution of marketing to overall revenue targets.





Requirements





  • Four-year degree in marketing or a related field




  • 5+ years of successful B2B lead generation experience




  • Strong demonstration of a "test, measure, learn" mentality




  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies




  • Strong ability to learn new platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)




  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills




  • Ability to strategize and present opportunities




  • Eagerness to drive growth




  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range Disclosure


The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.


Salary Range


US Remote: $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year + bonus
