We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to lead and execute our eCommerce and marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for driving digital growth, managing our DTC site operations, and developing customer-centric strategies to optimize the customer journey. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, project management excellence, and a deep understanding of eCommerce and the consumer journey.

E-Commerce Site Conversion and Operations:

  • Analyze the e-commerce platform’s performance to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, tech) to refine the shopping experience and ensure alignment with brand values.
  • Oversee digital content, new product launches, and updates, while coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for seamless operations.
Marketing Calendar Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and own a cohesive, cross-functional marketing calendar aligned with annual growth objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing projects outside of paid ad spend (e.g., Meta).
  • Collaborate with CRM, organic social, and PR teams to establish a brand-building content strategy.
  • Play a key role in new product launches, from ideation to market introduction.

Experience:

  • Consumer Goods E-Commerce: 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced, direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce businesses, ideally with a focus on marketing and product management.
  • Marketing Strategy:Demonstrated ability to create actionable plans that drive measurable results.
  • User Experience Expertise: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify) and proven experience implementing improvements to optimize the customer journey.
Skills:
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and goals are consistently met.
  • Analytical Mindset:Strong intuition for analyzing KPIs, site data, and marketing results to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

  • Trend Awareness: Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing trends to ensure innovative strategies.
