Job summary

Tutu School is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive national and local marketing efforts, translating our magical curriculum into compelling parent-facing storytelling. You’ll partner with franchise owners, curriculum teams, and vendors to deliver resources, campaigns, and training that help open and grow joyful classrooms.

You will own CRM optimization, lifecycle communications, and cross-channel campaigns while collaborating with leadership to expand our franchise network and brand impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand or franchise marketing with integrated campaigns.
• Experience with CRM, email, social media and analytics.
• Strong storytelling, collaboration, and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and enrollment.
• Guard brand consistency across national and local channels.
• Translate curriculum benefits into parent-facing marketing and storytelling.
• Develop resources and templates for franchise owners' local marketing.
• Manage annual marketing calendar and cross-functional initiatives.
• Optimize CRM, lifecycle communications, and engagement journeys.
