Qualifications

• 5–7 years of marketing experience or equivalent education/experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities daily and work independently
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies across web, email, social, SEO, and digital content
• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans for assigned schools
• Oversee content and messaging across channels for consistency and alignment with brand standards
• Deliver performance readouts using CTR, engagement, and conversions
• Leverage data, AI tools, and testing to personalize campaigns and scale impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate differentiators and drive results
• Lead SEO and organic growth strategies for visibility and conversion
• Mentor specialists or coordinators and stay ahead of marketing trends
• Partner with school leaders to align messaging and execution
