Stride, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager (Contract) to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives across web, email, social and SEO for its network of online schools.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will plan and execute integrated campaigns to drive enrollment growth and engagement. This remote role requires collaboration with Enrollment, Creative, Web Analytics, Communications, Product and school leaders to deliver on-brand content and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to manage and juggle priorities daily and work independently.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, meets deadlines consistently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High standards for quality and accountability in deliverables.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing strategies to drive enrollment growth, engagement, and retention across owned channels.
• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans for assigned schools.
• Oversee creation and optimization of high-performing content and messaging across channels.
• Deliver regular performance readouts using data and dashboards (CTR, engagement, conversion).
• Leverage data, technology, and AI tools to personalize campaigns and scale impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns communicate differentiators and drive measurable impact.
