Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of quality marketing initiatives to meet Prime Therapeutics' business needs, sales, and product objectives. This position collaborates with cross-functional partners to bring an integrated and strategic approach to sales support and communications planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand business objectives, product offerings, and market positioning.
  • Developing marketing strategies and messaging to differentiate Prime and its products.
  • Planning and implementing marketing campaigns to support brand and sales goals.
  • Leading research on outreach methods for various audiences.
  • Ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Leading efforts related to product materials, campaigns, and business development.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, including B2B and product marketing.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Additional skills and preferred qualifications:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Experience in health insurance or PBM industry is a plus.

Potential pay ranges from $81,000 to $138,000 based on experience.
