Role Overview

We are looking for an experience Field Marketing Manager, a unique opportunity for seasoned and passionate marketing professionals based in the United States or Canada. Where you will make a difference

  • Execute Marketing Strategies: Implement and execute field marketing campaigns aligned with the broader marketing strategy set by the Head of Marketing, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from planning and coordination to delivery and evaluation. Take full ownership of each project’s success and timeline, ensuring it meets business objectives.
  • Marketing Activity Delivery: Execute a wide range of key marketing activities across all channels, including paid publication placements and sponsorships, gifting and advocacy, events and content.
  • Content Marketing: Manage new content initiatives, including the creation of case studies, white papers, video testimonials, and video case studies and manage the Reporter newsletter under the guidance of the global communications team.
  • Campaign Measurement and Reporting: Establish and manage clear, actionable measurement frameworks for all field marketing activities. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and report on campaign effectiveness to inform future initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Creative, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of campaigns. Provide ongoing feedback to optimize field marketing efforts.
  • Identify Success Metrics: Define and set benchmarks for what success looks like for each marketing activity, ensuring that these metrics are measurable and in line with the company’s business goals.
  • Event Coordination and Execution: Take ownership of the planning, logistics, and execution of a range of field events, such as external events, owned events, or webinars, ensuring they align with the strategic vision.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring deliverables are met according to the plan and that partnerships contribute effectively to field marketing efforts.

Who you are

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to B2B, SaaS, and/or the AEC industry
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation and management, account-based marketing, and event planning and execution
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing performance and decision-making
  • Deep passion for marketing and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and bring them to life
  • Effective collaborator and team player, comfortable working across departments and time zones
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
  • Native or near-native fluency in English; any additional language (French, Spanish) a plus.
