About Delve Bio

Delve Bio is advancing the use of metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) to help clinicians diagnose challenging conditions faster and with greater confidence. Our goal is to make complex molecular diagnostics more accessible, actionable, and clinically meaningful for patients, providers, laboratories, and health systems.

As Delve enters its next stage of commercial growth, we are building a high-performing marketing function that connects scientific credibility, clinical value, exceptional customer experience, and disciplined commercial execution.

The opportunity

Delve Bio is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Marketing Manager / Marketing Communications Specialist to expand the execution capacity of the marketing function. This is a highly executional role for a resourceful marketer who enjoys turning strategy into high-quality deliverables and keeping complex projects moving.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional partners to support commercial rollout, product launches, sales enablement, marketing campaigns, customer communications, conferences and events, and day-to-day marketing operations. This person will be comfortable managing details, balancing multiple priorities, producing polished materials, and operating effectively in a fast-moving, resource-conscious biotech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial launch and campaign execution

  • Execute integrated marketing plans for commercial launches, campaigns, new product capabilities, indications, and market-development initiatives.
  • Coordinate launch deliverables, timelines, approvals, workback plans, and stakeholder communications across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Customer Support, R&D, and other internal teams.
  • Develop and deploy customer-facing communications, including email campaigns, web updates, announcements, newsletters, and launch materials.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project plans, task trackers, and status reporting to ensure deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables are visible and managed.

Sales enablement and content development

  • Create, update, organize, and distribute sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, product brochures, email templates, and event resources.
  • Translate product positioning, value propositions, clinical evidence, and market insights into clear, accurate, visually compelling content for commercial audiences.
  • Support development and maintenance of customer onboarding materials, sample-collection resources, test requisition and workflow communications, and other materials that improve customer experience.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Support to identify field needs, prioritize collateral updates, and ensure materials are current, accessible, and aligned with brand and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with website content updates, digital resource libraries, campaign landing pages, and other owned-channel materials.

Events and external programs

  • Plan and execute Delve’s participation in conferences, trade shows, customer programs, webinars, and other commercial-facing events.
  • Manage event logistics, timelines, registration, sponsorship deliverables, booth and collateral coordination, shipping, vendor communication, lead-capture preparation, and post-event follow-up.
  • Support development of event messaging, presentations, invitations, email communications, and customer engagement materials.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver polished, on-brand, and commercially useful event experiences.

Marketing operations and project management

  • Own the day-to-day coordination of marketing projects, ensuring work progresses efficiently from intake through review, approval, production, and distribution.
  • Maintain organized repositories for marketing assets, templates, approved messaging, content calendars, vendor files, and event materials.
  • Support vendor and agency coordination, including briefing, project tracking, proof review, purchase-order or invoice coordination, and quality control.
  • Assist with marketing budget tracking, expense management, fulfillment, inventory, and shipment coordination for collateral and event materials.
  • Help establish scalable workflows, templates, and operating processes that improve speed, consistency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Analytics and continuous improvement

  • Support tracking and reporting of campaign, email, website, event, and sales-enablement performance.
  • Compile customer, field, and program feedback into clear summaries that inform future content, campaigns, launches, and process improvements.
  • Help maintain marketing dashboards, campaign reports, and regular performance updates for the commercial team.
  • Identify practical opportunities to improve marketing processes, content usability, customer communications, and program execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, life sciences, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, product marketing support, commercial operations, event marketing, agency account management, or a related execution-focused role.
  • Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, diagnostics, life sciences, medical devices, or another regulated environment is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, organize complex details, and reliably deliver high-quality work on deadline.
  • Strong written communication and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, audience-appropriate content.
  • Proficiency with common marketing and productivity tools, such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, email-marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and the ability to develop polished, well-structured presentations and collateral; basic design fluency is a plus.
  • Experience supporting conferences, customer events, webinars, or trade shows is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, responsiveness, and comfort working with changing priorities.

They are comfortable asking questions, anticipating needs, maintaining order amid ambiguity, and taking pride in the details that make a launch, event, campaign, or sales interaction successful.
