Coordinate timing and messaging with deal teams and clients so that every close reaches the founders, investors, and buyers most likely to act on it.

The Role As Marketing Manager, you will own how the firm presents itself to founders, investors, and the broader software M&A market. • Manage Events and Conferences: Work with the operations team to strategically build the firm's event and conference calendar. Coordinate firm-hosted dinners, webinars, and founder events, and manage follow-up so meetings convert to pipeline.
  • Run Marketing Operations: Monitor CRM activity and KPIs, build and deploy email campaigns, and report on content performance, campaign results, and event return. Drive the marketing calendar and hold the firm to it.
  • Support Business Development: Work alongside the business development team to develop pitch materials, target lists, and outreach campaigns that support new client acquisition.
