closely with senior leaders, and play an important role in a wide range of communications

initiatives.

As a Communications and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for helping tell the firm’s

story across a wide range of audiences, translating sophisticated investment viewpoints into

compelling communications, and supporting high-profile initiatives across the business.

The Role:

• Build relationships with key business and financial partners, identify opportunities, and prepare senior leaders for media engagements.
• Develop branded white papers, podcasts, and other content that translates investment insights into captivating narratives.
• Support internal and external events, including briefing materials, talking points, and speaker preparation.
• Maintain consistent branding across the firm’s communications, marketing materials, and collateral
• Develop messaging and materials around sensitive and fast-moving business matters.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience within communications, marketing, PR, or a related field, ideally

with exposure to financial services.

• Detail-oriented and thoughtful operator who enjoys working across numerous projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, eager to learn, and proactive, with the enthusiasm to take ownership while remaining a collaborative team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand complex subject matter and turn it into concise, compelling content for various audiences.
