Elevate is hiring a Marketing Manager to support Horse Racing League and maximize revenue through ticket sales campaigns and strategic announcements. You’ll contribute to integrated marketing strategies, oversee execution, and collaborate across teams and clients to drive demand and sales.

This in-office role in Austin, TX may require occasional travel and events throughout the year. The ideal candidate has a BS in Business/Marketing and 3+ years in digital marketing with enterprise tools like

• 3+ years of professional digital media/marketing experience.
• Experience with enterprise marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Horse Racing League’s marketing point of contact focused on driving sales.
• Interface with ticketing teams to align campaign objectives and execution.
• Support client relationship management with updates and feedback.
• Write, develop, and manage email campaigns to drive premium ticket and hospitality sales.
• Coordinate design and distribution of marketing content and collateral.
• Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign enhancements.
• Compile campaign performance and sales reports to inform strategy.

Position Overview: Marketing Manager

Elevate is hiring a Marketing Manager that will support and help drive marketing efforts that will enable Horse Racing League to maximize revenue through ticket sales campaigns, strategic announcements and beyond. You’ll contribute to integrated marketing strategies, oversee campaign execution, and collaborate across internal teams and client stakeholders to drive demand, visibility, and sales.

This is an in-office role, based in Austin, TX. This position is expected to attend additional event(s) and/or department events as scheduled throughout the year and may require a limited amount of travel.

What You’ll Do

Client Collaboration

• Serve as Horse Racing League’s marketing point of contact focused on driving sales
• Interface regularly with Horse Racing League’s ticketing teams to align campaign objectives and execution
• Support Horse Racing League's client relationship management by providing timely updates and assisting with client queries and feedback

Campaign Setup & Optimization

• Set up, develop and optimize campaign attribution models for all paid digital campaigns
• Ensure all notifications and processes for lead distribution and scoring are accurately implemented

Quality Assurance & Data Management

• Assist in performing quality assurance tests and ensure accurate routing and processing of leads within marketing automation systems
• Collaborate with the Insights team to improve audience segmentation, data quality, and targeting precision
• Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Content Creation & Campaign Development

• Write, develop, and manage engaging email campaigns to drive premium ticket and hospitality sales
• Coordinate the design and distribution of marketing content and collateral
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaign enhancements and new marketing opportunities

Event Support & Reporting

• Support marketing initiatives tied to track meets, including onsite event marketing when required
• Compile regular campaign performance and sales reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategy

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional digital media/marketing experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or hospitality
• Extensive marketing automation or email marketing experience using an enterprise tool such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or hands-on experience using another solution

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Data-driven and analytical mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with others
• Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficiency while adhering to strict deadlines

Working Conditions
