Job summary

Elevate is seeking an Account Executive, Ticket Sales UCLA Athletics to join the UCLA partnership. You will generate revenue via season tickets, premium seating, and group tickets in the greater Los Angeles area, working on-site at UCLA and supporting events.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience, CRM familiarity, and strong communication. Compensation includes $25/hour plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferred within ticketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems & processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Sell season ticket plans, multi-game packages, and group tickets for UCLA Athletics programs.
  • Achieve a minimum number of touchpoints daily from lead lists and generate own leads.
  • Prospect new business through outbound calls, virtual presentations, and in-person meetings.
  • Upsell on incoming sales calls for season ticket opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed assigned ticket sales and/or retention goals.
  • Contribute to a competitive sales team culture and participate in team meetings.
  • Work events to support ticket sales efforts and promotions.
  • Respond to Season Ticket Member requests and inquiries promptly.
  • Qualify and service calls to customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and referrals to maximize revenue.
  • Assist in planning and implementing Season Ticket Member events.
  • Help members manage accounts online and assist during game days.

Position Overview: Account Executive, Ticket Sales UCLA Athletics

This Account Executive serves a critical role for the Elevate team at UCLA, responsible for generating revenue through the sale of season tickets, premium seating, group tickets, and other ticket products to individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the greater Los Angeles and Southern California markets. The Account Executive will join a groundbreaking collaboration between two powerhouse brands in UCLA Athletics and Elevate. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to make an immediate impact, contribute to a high-profile collegiate athletics property, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in sports sales.

This role primarily works on-site at UCLA and is expected to attend additional athletic event(s) and/or department events as scheduled throughout the year.

What You’ll Do
  • Sell season ticket plans, multi-game packages, and group tickets for select UCLA Athletics programs, including football, men’s and women’s basketball, gymnastics, baseball, softball, men’s and women’s volleyball, men’s and women’s soccer, and men’s water polo
  • Achieve a minimum number of pre-determined touchpoints each day from lead lists provided, and generate own leads through referrals, networking, and social selling
  • Prospect new business through outbound phone calls, delivering virtual presentations and executing in-person, face to face meetings, as necessary
  • Effectively upsell incoming sales calls for opportunities to sell season ticket plans
  • Meet or exceed assigned ticket sales and/or retention goals
  • Contribute positively to a competitive sales team culture and participate in sales team meetings and training sessions
  • Work events as assigned to support ticket sales efforts and promotional initiatives
  • Be attentive and respond to all Season Ticket Member and customer requests, concerns, and inquiries
  • Effectively qualify and service incoming calls and/or in person meetings to customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for up-sells, add-ons, and referral business from clients to maximize revenue
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of existing Season Ticket Member and general fan events
  • Provide knowledge and assist members with managing their accounts online
  • Assist in game day duties, including but not limited to, hosting member events and servicing ticket member needs
  • Any other duties assigned by Management
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferred within ticketing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems & processes
  • Relevant understanding of NCAA and Big Ten Conference bylaws is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
