We seek a leader with 5+ years of marketing leadership and hands-on experience with CRM, CMS, GA4, and e-commerce, ready to partner with sales and product management and advance toward broader leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with revenue growth.
• 2+ years of direct experience managing a team.
• Hands-on proficiency with e-commerce platforms, CMS, CRM, and web analytics tools such as GA4.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established team of marketing professionals and provide direction, coaching, and performance management.
• Use CRM, CMS, e-commerce, and web analytics to measure ROI and guide investments.
• Coordinate catalogs, digital content, e-commerce initiatives, and trade shows with a consistent brand message.
• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan with clear priorities and measurable objectives.
• Translate customer trends and market research into actionable recommendations.
