Williams Media, a Buffalo, NY based marketing and creative agency, is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will partner with the Marketing Director to execute inbound marketing campaigns, manage social media content, and support marketing automation and SEO efforts.

The role emphasizes collaborative project work across multiple industries, strong written and verbal communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or 3 years of experience.
• Experience with inbound marketing campaigns, social media strategy and content.
• Experience with email campaigns and marketing automation.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing Director on campaigns, social media, automation, and SEO.
• Coordinate project and account management tasks.
• Develop internal marketing objectives.
• Create and report on social media content strategy.
• Coordinate and implement email campaigns.
• Report on marketing data and trends.
• Typical workweek: Monday through Friday.
