You'll lead strategic campaigns, collaborate with Sales and vendor partners, and build scalable programs across digital, events, content, and channel initiatives, while mentoring teams for measurable impact.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of marketing experience with 2–3 years in a leadership/strategist role
• Proven track record in B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, and sales pipeline growth
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms and web analytics tools
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on campaign execution and content creation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate analytics into executive insights

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with growth targets and VirtuCARE offerings
• Partner with Sales to align pipeline generation, enablement materials, and lead-qualification criteria
• Track, analyze, and report on core marketing KPIs (pipeline velocity, conversion rates, ROI)
• Design and manage integrated demand-generation campaigns across digital ads, content, email nurture, and events
• Build scalable top-of-funnel pipelines and automated lead nurturing workflows
• Refine value propositions and messaging for target personas; create collateral and landing pages
• Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with vendor partners; organize regional conferences and webinars
• Lead ongoing product training and enablement for internal sales teams
