Airtower Networks is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead content creation, demand generation, and GTM messaging. Remote-friendly role requiring travel to major markets and a track record of building strategic marketing programs.

You will own campaigns, webinars, and collateral, collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive lead quality and revenue. The role emphasizes analytics, CRM mastery, and scalable marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a marketing or sales role with progressive responsibility. Telecom or Commercial Real Estate Marketing Experience Preferred
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Candidates with an Associate’s degree and equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Technical Skills: 1–2 years of HubSpot marketing suite experience preferred (or similar CRM experience). Proficiency in building reports/dashboards is required.
• Tools Knowledge: Strong command of Google marketing tools, CRM systems, and content management systems.
• Analytical Ability: Solid analytical skills and comfort interpreting data.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization & Initiative: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Location: Remote with occasional travel; Candidates MUST be located in one of the following metropolitan areas: Boston, Atlanta or Washington, DC
• Travel: Up to 15% travel required for industry trade shows or internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce thought leadership, whitepapers, case studies, and collateral aligned with sales priorities.
• Lead Generation: Manage inbound/outbound campaigns and publish webinars, videos, and other content to attract prospects.
• Trade Show Strategy: Plan and execute annual event calendar; track KPIs and ROI.
• Go-to-Market: Refine messaging and marketing materials; maintain website content and channel enablement.
• 3rd Party Management: Coordinate with paid search, PR, and web partners.
• CRM Administration, Reporting: Manage lead data, dashboards, and executive reviews.
