This individual contributor role runs with a hybrid, 2 days in the office setup. You’ll own the thought leadership content calendar, produce webinars and articles, manage events and partner programs, and ensure the Milestone brand stays sharp across all channels.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, martech, or enterprise technology.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a portfolio to show for it.
• Track record of running content programs, webinars, or events from start to finish.
• Comfort working directly with executives and turning their ideas into content.
• A builder’s mindset: you like creating and improving things, not just managing them.

Responsibilities

• Thought Leadership & Content: Own and execute the thought leadership content calendar.
• Produce webinars, articles, email campaigns, and executive content.
• Pitch and secure speaking opportunities for Milestone executives at industry events.
• Syndicate content into industry publications and channels.
• Events & Partnerships: Support trade shows, customer events, and sponsorships.
• Manage joint marketing programs with partners such as HSMAI, The Financial Brand, AI Hospitality Alliance, Choice Hotels, Leading Hotels, and Historic Hotels.
• Brand & Corporate Marketing: Keep the Milestone brand consistent across our website, presentations, collateral, and digital channels.
• Draft corporate messaging and executive bylines, and maintain brand standards.
