Job summary

Empire Communities in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and manage the division's marketing strategy, driving traffic, brand awareness, and sales objectives. You will oversee advertising, digital marketing, lead generation, model home presentation, and market research while ensuring brand consistency across channels.

You will collaborate with Division leadership, Sales, Operations, Land Acquisition, Finance, and Corporate Sales & Marketing to support community launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive marketing experience within the homebuilding, residential real estate, or related industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive traffic, lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media management, content development, email marketing, and campaign analytics.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation platforms, website management tools, and digital analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute divisional marketing strategies and campaigns to drive qualified traffic, support community sales goals, and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage all divisional advertising, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, public relations, signage, and promotional efforts.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer demographics, lead generation results, and campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Partner with Division leadership and Sales teams to develop community launch plans, grand openings, promotions, and ongoing traffic-generation initiatives.
• Oversee the Division's website content, digital listings, online reputation management, model home merchandising, and brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, digital vendors, and other marketing service providers to ensure quality, performance, and budget compliance.
• Develop and manage divisional marketing budgets, monitor return on investment, and identify opportunities to improve lead generation, traffic conversion, and overall marketing performance.

Your Impact at Empire

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing the Division's marketing strategy and initiatives to support traffic generation, brand awareness, community visibility, and sales objectives. This role oversees advertising, digital marketing, lead generation programs, model home presentation, and market research efforts while ensuring brand consistency across all divisional marketing channels. The Marketing Manager partners closely with Division leadership, Sales, Operations, Land Acquisition, Finance, and Corporate Sales & Marketing teams to support community launches, drive qualified traffic, and contribute to the Division's growth and profitability.

This role is located in the San Antonio, TXdivision.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
