GTM Talent is partnering with a growing B2B technology solutions company to hire a hands-on Marketing Manager in Dallas, TX. You will develop the strategy, execute campaigns, manage marketing technology, and work closely with Sales to turn activity into qualified opportunities and revenue.

This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, significant ownership of the marketing function, and the chance to introduce new tools and processes as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on B2B demand generation or growth marketing with proven pipeline impact.
• Direct experience managing email campaigns, automation, CRM-driven campaigns, and reporting.
• Experience partnering with sales on lead qualification and follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B demand-generation campaigns across email, digital ads, social media, and more.
• Own day-to-day operation and optimization of marketing and sales technology platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify target accounts, develop prospect lists, and route opportunities.
• Leverage NetSuite, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo to support prospecting and pipeline development.
• Create marketing automation, segmentation, and lead-nurturing programs to improve conversions.
• Track campaign performance from engagement to revenue contribution.
