Northwest Title Family of Companies is seeking a Marketing Manager – Content & Operations to work on-site in Grandview Heights, Ohio. You will execute across design, digital, communications, projects, and marketing operations with a hands-on, versatile approach, taking ownership from request to completion and applying strategic thinking for new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing marketing projects or operations independently.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Ability to assess business needs and recommend solutions.
• Strong project management, timing, and follow-through.
• Excellent writing, editing, and quality control skills.
• Willingness to learn and optimize technology including AI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing Director to maintain marketing systems and support new initiatives.
• Own projects and processes from request through completion; no direct reports.
• Execute graphic design needs and manage assets in Adobe.
• Own digital presence: newsletters, social, website administration.
• Support collateral, internal comms, events, and PR efforts.
• Onboard/offboard team members and offices per process.
• Administer sales tools like Canva and corporate events support.
• Evaluate marketing tech, AI, and automation for efficiency.
• Serve as marketing SME, researching options and recommending approaches.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing across digital, email, social, web, events.
