Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will help drive our marketing initiatives by developing compelling content, managing multichannel projects, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize brand visibility. Your enthusiasm for digital marketing and strong collaboration skills will help propel our brand forward across various platforms. The preferred candidate will have a strong understanding of basic marketing principles, a high level of organization, a quick ability to learn and adapt, and a strong sense of initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, including social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, and print advertising.
• Manage paid social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and inform decision-making.
• Assist in creating engaging content for the website, emails, and other marketing materials that align with brand voice and target audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal departments and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
• Oversee marketing project management tasks including scheduling, delegating, and tracking campaign results.
• Assist with proofing web and marketing content for consistent brand voice and to ensure clear messaging to customers.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks from the Marketing & Ecommerce teams as needed.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing tactics across digital platforms.
• Experience with advertising sales and managing advertising campaigns or projects.
• Ability to manage marketing projects effectively while coordinating with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles including B2B (business-to-business) strategies.
• Capable of conducting research to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Expertise in content marketing, demand generation marketing, and implementing marketing automation tools.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, web analytics reporting, and/or data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Meta Ads, NetSuite, Asana and/or DotDigital preferred.
• Proficiency in SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings a plus.
