Job summary

ARIA Signs & Design is seeking a Marketing Manager to coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns. This role will stay ahead of market trends, identify opportunities for new products and services, and ensure campaigns align with company goals and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating and executing campaigns, building and leading a team, managing day-to-day activities and long-term strategy, and thriving under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a related field.
• Prior experience managing associates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
• Understanding of principles/methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and promotion; collaborate on new products; develop and train marketing activities and policies; coordinate promotional events.
• Manage team: recruit, interview, hire, and train new Marketing team members; oversee Marketing personnel daily; provide performance evaluations.
• Conduct analytics and research: identify new markets and customers; assess demand and effectiveness of campaigns; perform market research, forecasting, pricing analysis and strategic planning.
