Job summary

Virtual Driver Interactive is hiring a Marketing Manager in New Jersey to lead demand-generation, support sales, and create high-quality marketing content. This hands-on role requires strategy-to-execution capability, collaboration with leadership, and ownership across paid media, SEO, email, content, and events.

The position is hybrid (3 days on-site in Springfield, NJ and 2 remote days) with compensation in the $90k–$100k range and strong benefits.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of hands-on marketing experience in B2B environments.
  • Experience managing paid digital campaigns and analyzing results.
  • Experience with email marketing, websites, landing pages, SEO, and marketing analytics.
  • Portfolio showing campaign, graphic-design, video, website, or sales-collateral work.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and vendors.
  • Comfortable independently moving in a fast-moving environment.
  • Curious and proactive about learning new products, industries, and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear, persuasive messaging.
  • Establish measurable campaign objectives and report on leads, conversions, engagement, and performance.
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance and test messaging to improve results.
  • Support SEO strategy, website traffic growth, and landing-page optimization.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, automated sequences, and lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Use Zoho, Constant Contact, Instantly, or comparable platforms.
  • Track engagement and conversions and improve campaign performance.
  • Update website content and landing pages using WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Improve page structure, messaging, CTAs, and conversion paths.
  • Coordinate with development for technical updates.
  • Produce and edit short-form videos and visual content for campaigns.
  • Create assets for digital campaigns, presentations, email, and social media.
  • Design brochures, one-pagers, email graphics, presentations, ads, and sales collateral.
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across materials.
  • Identify and evaluate conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate registrations, booth assets, shipping, vendors, schedules, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with sales to capture leads and evaluate results.
  • Support outbound sales with effective messaging and assets.

Job description

We are a growing B2B technology company serving institutional and commercial customers nationwide. Our products are used in professional training and education environments, and we focus on delivering practical, engaging solutions through modern technology.

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to execute demand-generation initiatives, support sales efforts, and create high-quality marketing content. This is a hands-on position for a self-directed marketer who can move quickly from strategy to execution, work independently, and collaborate directly with leadership.

The position requires broader marketing ownership than social media alone. The successful candidate will personally contribute across paid media, website optimization, email marketing, content development, creative production, sales support, and industry events.

This is a hybrid position based in Springfield, New Jersey, requiring three days per week on-site and allowing two days of remote work.

Responsibilities
Marketing and Revenue Support
  • Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear, persuasive messaging that customers can easily understand.
  • Establish measurable campaign objectives and report on leads, conversions, engagement, and other performance indicators.
Digital Marketing
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, test creative and messaging, and improve results using data.
  • Support SEO strategy, website traffic growth, and landing-page optimization.
Email Marketing
  • Create and manage email campaigns, automated sequences, and lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Use platforms such as Zoho, Constant Contact, Instantly, or comparable systems.
  • Track engagement and conversions and continuously improve campaign performance.
Website Management
  • Update and maintain website content and landing pages using WordPress or a comparable CMS.
  • Improve page structure, messaging, calls to action, and conversion paths.
  • Coordinate with development resources when more technical changes are required.
Video and Visual Content
  • Produce and edit short-form videos, including product demonstrations, customer testimonials, explainers, and campaign content.
  • Create visual assets for digital campaigns, presentations, email outreach, and social media.
Design and Creative
  • Design brochures, one-pagers, email graphics, presentations, advertisements, and sales collateral.
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
Field Marketing and Events
  • Identify and evaluate relevant conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate registrations, booth assets, shipping, vendors, schedules, and event timelines.
  • Partner with sales to support events, capture leads, collect customer feedback, and evaluate results.
  • Support outbound sales initiatives with effective messaging, visuals, presentations, email content, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation and follow-up.
Qualifications
  • At least five years of hands-on marketing experience; B2B experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience personally managing paid digital campaigns and analyzing results.
  • Experience with email marketing, websites, landing pages, SEO, and marketing analytics.
  • Portfolio showing relevant campaign, graphic-design, video, website, or sales-collateral work.

  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve research, writing, analysis, ideation, and productivity while applying sound judgment to the final work.
