Qualifications

5+ years in B2B marketing with at least 2 in the AEC/construction/engineering sector.
Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
Experience creating proposals or qualifications packages for professional services.

Responsibilities

Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and the analytics that show what is working.
Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
Produce the content calendar - technical articles, project stories, and case material - with the engineers who have the knowledge.
Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for the markets the company is opening, and report results monthly.
Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across every public channel.
