Withum seeks a senior marketing leader to drive integrated marketing for Audit and Tax. You will shape go-to-market strategies, lead multi-channel campaigns, and partner with practice leaders to grow pipeline and brand visibility.

The role requires data-driven decision making, AI-enabled tooling, and managing a marketing team across industry marketing and cross-functional teams. Withum offers competitive compensation and benefits, with a compensation range of $75,000-$95,000 plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
7–10+ years of progressive marketing experience with team leadership.
Proven success in targeted programs that drive growth and pipeline.
Experience leading thought leadership and content marketing initiatives.
Strong multi-channel marketing strategy experience.
Experience partnering with business development on go-to-market initiatives.
Analytical with experience using marketing metrics and CRM/automation tools.
