Withum seeks a senior marketing leader to drive integrated marketing for the Audit and Tax practice. You will develop and execute growth strategies across service lines, including conferences, sponsorships, thought leadership, and multi-channel campaigns that build brand and accelerate pipelines.

You will lead content, collateral, and campaigns, partner with practice leaders, and apply AI tools for market insights and planning. 7–10+ years in marketing in professional services or B2B preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including team leadership, ideally in professional services or B2B.
• Proven success in developing targeted programs that drive growth and pipeline.
• Strong experience leading thought leadership and multi-channel content marketing.
• Analytical mindset with experience using marketing metrics and marketing automation.
